Dear Client : A note from our Director We so often find ourselves running the rat race. It is an effort just to keep up. At the end of the day we are drained on both a physical and emotional level. Before we realise it the Christmas decorations are popping up in the malls everywhere. Where did the year go we ask ourselves? Friends say they look back on the year and it feels as if nothing significant has been achieved. Why is that? Might it be that we go about our lives the wrong way? We tend to follow the crowds instead of reflecting on what is the right direction for me this year. We neglect the most important person in our lives - you and I. Unless we spend time learning more about ourselves we will just go with the flow. Learn to ask powerful questions about yourself. What are the changes I need to make to live my dream? How does my dream fit into my current situation? I tell this story many times. One of my lecturers wrote that in early Christianity Christians were referred to as monks. In Greek (if memory serves me right) "monk" has a double meaning. Solitude and togetherness. He went on to explain that if I am not content with myself in a moment of solitude, I shall not be able to contribute meaningfully in a team, relationship or my circle of influence. The reason being that unless I am ok with me, I shall not be ok with others. I pray that you shall take time to know yourself and grow yourself. It will be the best present you can give yourself and all that is dear to you. Kind Regards Roy Kapp | Director
