I really recommend this book for leaders. Personally it reminded me of vision and the action steps towards it. The most important step is to get buy-in from followers.

He guides leaders through the stages of leadership growth. Starting at self-leadership and then the building blocks right up to organizational leadership.

Blanchard guides us on leadership style, suggesting developing servant leadership style as an effective style in empowering followers to act on the shared vision.
